State of Mississippi
Advanced Public Safety was awarded the state-wide collision reporting contract in July 2004. In less than 3 months the system was fully deployed and customized to meet all of the state's requirements and needs. Since its release, ReportBeam has been quickly adopted within the state with over 200 agencies signing onto the system within the first 6 months of release.

State of West Virginia
Advanced Public Safety is proud to announce that we have been chosen by West Virginia Dept of Transportation as the successful vendor following a RFQ issuance in September 2006.
VS is now supplying a state wide collision/citation reporting system for all WV agencies.

State of Virginia
The State of Virginia, DMV has selected ReportBeam by a sole source purchase in April 2007. That means every police officer in the State of Virginia will be supplied with the ReportBeam software to complete the Virginia State crash report, as well as SmartRoads diagramming software to complete the diagram portion of the report.

State of Wyoming
Advanced Public Safety has awarded the contract to provide a state wide crash reporting system in May 2007. Under the contract terms all Wyoming agencies will have the ReportBeam system software installed which includes an electronic replica of the Wyoming Crash report for completion, as well as the SmartRoads diagramming application.

Virgin Islands
The Virgin Islands US territory have adopted ReportBeam as their territory wide electronic crash reporting solution in July 2007. All collision forms now will be filled in electronically with advanced validation resulting in more accurate reports.

Union City PD, Georgia
ReportBeam was quickly deployed and adopted by the officers of Union City Police Department in July 2005. In addition to providing the standard crash report, ReportBeam was expanded to include Incident Reporting, Field Interview Tracking and Private Property crash forms in a matter of weeks.
